That’s where Camscoach facilitation and LEGO® Serious Play® can help. We work with YOU to design a workshop around a real challenge YOUR team needs to solve and, importantly, what YOU and YOUR team want to be different.
That could be developing a strategy, improving collaboration, generating new ideas, tackling a difficult problem, aligning around priorities or finding a way forward when the answer isn’t immediately obvious.
Everyone builds, shares and reflects
We start with simple, fun warm up exercises, then move on to individual building challenges that introduce your team to LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
Each person builds a model and shares the meaning behind it. There are no right or wrong answers and no need to be “good at LEGO”. The model gives people something tangible to talk about and allows everyone’s thinking to become part of the conversation.
We encourage curiosity rather than judgement, helping the team ask questions, clarify meaning and understand perspectives they may not otherwise have heard.
